I think so.

I'm not a big fan either, but Captain Falcon is awesome, and if you've ever played an F-Zero game you know that there is something inherently fun abou it even if you suck.

Exactly! I've played it like less than 10 times, but it was fun!

F-Zero actually has more cool characters besides just Captain Falcon. And the way Falcon is portrayed in the F-Zero series is rather different and more reserved than his Smash Bros counterpart, which I like.

I like alphaomegasin's idea....what if you could attack other vehicles when they near you by leaning out of the cockpit and doing something (i.e., falcon punch).

It's been long overdue, this game I'm hoping for it to play like GX in a way just make the controls a little bit less precise.

One thing I want is for Machines based on the character should have special attacks.

Ya know, one of the big things about F-zero besides it being extremely fast paced is that there are no attacks, besides ramming. If you want to play a racing game with attacks, go play mario kart or something

I agree with Markus. Special attacks would take away from what F-Zero is all about: pure speed. Although destroying the other machines is often the key to placing highly, fancy attacks would take away from that. If you want a high speed futuristic racer with bigger emphasis on combat, then stick to wipEout.

But it would be a fun option indeed. I love the way it is now, but it wouldn't hurt to spice it up a bit for those who just want to destroy each other. Again, an option.
