DBZ vs Naruto

DBZ (and Pokemon) pretty much got me into anime, so...DBZ. I do like the characters in Naruto a little more though.

I grew up with the original Dragon Ball, so like AotA, that's at the top of my list. However, I did see bits of Dragon Ball Z which I enjoyed. I've never seen Naruto, so DBZ wins by default.

Dragon Ball Z all the way. One of the few animies i watched, i love the art style.

I love DBZ. I watched some of Naruto, but I couldn't really get into it for some reason...

liked DBZ before but loved DBZ Abridged by TFS and Naruto...good and funnier than ever includes Kuriboh's Naruto Parody

you cant really compare the two because they came into creation at different times and by two different anime writers, both are creative and both have their downsides and upsides. I just like both because the the people who created these two fantastic animes think differently from one another and saying that one or the others sucks is like saying the writer isnt very creative which isn't true.

Naruto seems more possible than DBZ naruto actually teaches you about the human chakra channel but they way over do it with the jutsu powers.

The only thing i can remember dbz teaching is the secret to levitation a light body. Focusing the inner heat to the center of the body and releasing it out and under your body, it feels strange but i wouldn't try it without quiet mind meditation.

The way they channel chakra in Naruto has nothing to do with with how Yogis and other eastern religious leaders actually channel chakra.

Because they have their own way of doing that, many people channel their energies in their own way but they way they explain it in naruto is just one of the many different ways of doing it.

The creator of Naruto was actually heavily inspired by Dragonball, and it's pretty obvious if you've seen both series!

Naruto was not only inspired by DBZ but many other anime as well including harry potter. =]
