Did you know there were 2 versions of Final Fantasy II in Japan

Our U.S. Super Nintendo version of Final Fantasy II came out before in Japan as Final Fantasy IV, so our 2=their 4. Only one version of the game came out here but there were two different versions of the game on the Super Famicom. A hard version and an easy version. I understand the easy version was the one they translated into English and released here as 2. I bought both Super Famicom versions when they came out and played them. The hard version is really hard. Probably they decided to release the easy version here because the hard one would be way above the ability of the average gamer. That is just my guess from playing both. I scanned the Super Famicom boxes of both games and wanted to share them here.
