Resident Evil Revelations

So, Revelations was just released for consoles and I've heard some sightly negative things about the Wii U version. In the demo, there is a huge deadzone on the gamepad control sticks, which was apparently patched in the final release. Also, I've heard that when using the gamepad, aiming is slightly more difficult. All in all, people are saying to go with the Ps3 and 360 versions because of this. I'll probably still get the Wii U version and a pro controller. Anyone played it to confirm this?

It sounds like nitpicking to be honest. Aiming is slightly more difficult? Really? I'll be trying it out on the Wii U too, although I'm not sure when since I want a pro controller as well.

It must be nitpicking because Zero has been playing the hell out of this and loving every minute of it. Furthermore, Zero has not noticed any of those issues that were mentioned, or any others for that matter. Zero played the demo for every console before buying and went with the WiiU version because it looked the best and had the more unique gameplay and online features.

The game is great on the WiiU, SGC. Trust Zero. Get it so we can play.

And Rai is jealous of Zero
But seriously, I played it already at a friend's and it's awesome! Clearly it's a better upgrade from the 3DS (although I love that version as well), so I might get a chance to enter a review on this game :3

I will be getting it, but I can't say for sure I will be getting it right away since I already played the 3DS version. I've been thinking about getting Barman: Arkham City Armored Edition, and getting this later on.

Playing this game now and I'm not experiencing anything bad about it.
People that complain about the controls must be the kind that can't hit anything without a lock-on system.

Seriously though, I tried the "Shooter" control scheme since I always use the "Classic" scheme normally and I did notice you had to move the control stick like a millimeter extra then, but complaining about such a teeny thing, one you only notice while you only think about it and not while using it in the heat of battle.
Saying the controls are broken/bad/whatever is just childish nitpicking IMO.

If it bothers people that much, they should just go with the "Classic" control scheme.
