Lightbulb MrKidPixel's Smash Bros. Movesets

As you might know, I've made a roster for a future SSB game. In this topic, I will list my moveset ideas for each character.

The roster has 59 characters (58 if you don't count the Mii option.) All of the characters from Brawl return (except for Lucario, who has been replaced with Mewtwo) along with 26 newcomers. Here are the newcomers I added:

Paper Mario
Bowser Jr.
King K. Rool
Waluigi
Toon Zelda
Takamaru
Ridley
Karate Joe
Prince Fluff
Tom Nook
Chibi-Robo
Krystal
Ray
Little Mac
Mewtwo (Changed from Melee)
Chrom
Porky
Isaac
Shulk
Starfy
Balloon Fighter
Excitebiker
Sherrif
Mega Man
Pac-Man

Chibi-Robo Moveset:

Requested By Konata

Chibi Robo is a pretty good Nintendo franchise, with one game on the GameCube and 2 games on the DS. However, we haven't seen the cute robot in a long time, so I think this is his chance to be brought back to the main public!

Some people are probably saying, "But MKP, Chibi-Robo is too small to fight!" I think he should be resized, about the size of Lucas or Ness. While he would be light, small, and have medium speed, his attacks would be medium-long ranged, making him a pretty good fighter.

Moveset:

Neutral Attack: Punches with each hand, and then a kick.
Dash Attack: Does a lunging headbutt forward.
Forward Tilt: Outstretches both arms forward.
Up Tilt: Swings his cable over his head in an arc.
Down Tilt: Kneels, and swings both his arms to the side of him.

Forward Smash: One of Chibi-Robo's best killing moves. Throws his cable forward, shocking opponents with electricity. Slow, but very powerful.
Up Smash: Opens his head, and punches upward with a boxing glove.
Down Smash: Spins his cable along the ground.

Chibi-Robo Moveset Continued:

Ledge Attack: Hits with his cable.
Floor Attack (face-up): Does a breakdance and hits with his feet & cable.
Floor Attack (face-down): Punches forward, then backward.
Floor Attack (sitting): Opens his head and twirls around, hitting opponents with a boxing glove.

Neutral Aerial: Spins around in a ball form.
Forward Aerial: Throws his cable a short distance.
Back Aerial: Kicks backwards with both feet.
Up Aerial: Uses his Chibi-Copter to deal damage. It also makes him hover for a second.
Down Aerial: Pops a boxing glove out of his head, and slams down head-first.

Grab: Uses his cable. Basic tether recovery.
Pummel: Headbutts the opponent.
Forward Throw: Releases a boxing glove from his head, and punches them forward.
Back Throw: Connects the plug of his cable to the opponent, and swings the cable backward, throwing the opponent backward.
Up Throw: Stuffs the opponent in his head, and pops him/her out.
Down Throw: Does a body slam with his cable.

Special Moves:

Neutral B; Item Use: Chibi-Robo will use one of five items from the Chibi-Robo games, which include:
  • Chibi-Blaster: Works like the Super Scope, but with a slower firing rate.
  • Toothbrush: Scrubs the floor in front of him, making it slippery. Opponents can also get damaged by the scrubbing.
  • Squirter: Works like Squirtle's Water Gun, but it can't be charged.
  • Chibi-Vacuum: Sucks nearby opponents towards Chibi-Robo. If they are close, they will start taking damage.
  • Chibi-Radar: Any item near Chibi will come towards him. However, Smash Balls are unaffected.
You can press Down B to switch between items.

Side B; Wire Lasso: Chibi will twirl his cable over his head, and then throw it. It obviously damages opponents. But if some one gets hit by the tip of the plug, they will be shocked. Chibi will then pull the opponent towards him, with them then being stunned, allowing Chibi to deal rapid damage. It can also be charged to increase the distance of the cable.

Up B; Chibi-Copter: Works similarly to the Propeller Suit in NSMBWii. Chibi will pull out his Chibi-Copter, fly upwards, and slowly float back down. Opponents can get damaged by the spinning blades.

Down B; Item Switch: Swithes the weapon Chibi uses for his Neutral B.

Final Smash; GIGA ROBO: Giga Robo will drop down from the sky. He will then awaken, and stand up. Chibi-Robo then climbs onto his shoulder. He is as big as Giga Bowser, and can only attack by punching. Even though he is very slow, making him difficult to use on large stages, his attack is so powerful, it almost garuntees a OHKO.

Mega Man Moveset

Requested by Megas75

Mega Man is one of, if not THE most wanted third-party character for SSB4. And they might have him as the Capcom rep (unless they do something stupid, like Ryu.)

He would be a medium weight character, with pretty powerful ranged moves. If used correctly, Mega Man would be a lethal weapon.

Moveset:

Neutral Attack: Punches, does a forward kick, and does an upward kick.
Dash Attack: Kicks forward with both feet.
Forward Tilt: Kicks forward.
Up Tilt: Kicks upward.
Down Tilt: Punches downward with his Mega Buster.

Forward Smash: Makes a blast from his Mega Buster.
Up Smash: Does an uppercut with his Mega Buster arm.
Down Smash: Kicks to both sides.

Neutral Aerial: Punches to both sides.
Forward Aerial: Makes a blast from his Mega Buster.
Back Aerial: Punches backward.
Up Aerial: Punches upward with both hands.
Down Aerial: Makes a blast downward. Has meteor smash properties.

Ledge Attack: Makes a blast from his arm cannon.
Floor Attack (face-up): Punches with both hands, then kicks with both feet.
Floor Attack (face-down): Punches with both hands, then kicks with both feet.
Floor Attack (sitting): Punches to both sides.

Grab: Uses his right hand.
Pummel: Whacks the opponent with his Mega Buster.
Forward Throw: Fires the opponent out of his Mega Buster.
Back Throw: Does a suplex.
Up Throw: Shoots the opponent upwards.
Down Throw: Power Slides under the opponent, tripping them.

Mega Man Moveset Continued:

Special Moves:

Neutral B; Buster Shot: If B is pressed rapidly, Mega Man will repeatedly shoot at a rate slightly slower than Fox's Blaster from Brawl. If B is held, you can charge the move to do more damage. However, unlike Samus, you can't store your charge.

Side B; Power Slide: Mega Man will slide along the ground. If anyone gets hit by him, they will fall over.

Up B; Rush Jet: Mega Man hops on his dog, Rush. Rush will then boost upward in an arc, working as an extra platform. Opponents can hop on Rush as well. After 4 seconds, Rush disappears.

Down B; Leaf Shield (or any other shield from the Mega Man games): Mega Man will conjure up a spinning shield of 8 leaves. It will do damage to anyone who touches it, or melee attacks it. However, if a projectile shoots one of the leaves, it'll disappear. If a projectile successfully goes through a gap where a leaf was once there, the attack will cancel. If you press B, the shield will travel forward, doing damage to whoever it touches. However, the less leaves the shield has, the less damage it will do, and the shorter it will travel. Press Down B again to cancel the move. Mega Man can't move while he has the shield.

Final Smash: RUSH FUSION: Mega Man will fuse with Rush, and become Super Adaptor Mega Man. In this state, Mega Man can freely fly around and shoot powerful energy bursts, which do as much damage as a fully charged Charge Shot from Samus. It will wear off after 12 seconds.

Side - Mega Man takes off his helmet, shakes his head, and then puts it back on.
Down - Kneels down and pets Rush.

Idle Animations:

- Crouches a bit.

Entrance:
Comes down in a beam of blue light.

Victory Poses:
- Jumps up into the air and pumps his fist into the air and says, "All right!"
- Does a backflip, and ends with a pose.

Losing Pose:
Claps for the winner.

2. Protoman Color Scheme (Red Team)
3. Auto Color Scheme (Green Team)
4. MM2 European Box Art
5. Bass Color Scheme
6. Star Crash Color Scheme

Snake Codec:
Snake: "Colonel! Isn't that Mega Man?"
Colonel: "Yes it is, Snake. Mega Man is a robot created by Dr. Light in the year 200X. He was originally a helper robot, but was modified when his colleague Dr. Wily attempted to take over the world.
Snake: "So he is some sort of android or cyborg?"
Colonel: "Mega Man is classified as a "robot master". When he beats an opponent, he can take and use that robot's ability."
Snake: "Their programming is that powerful!?"
Colonel: "Absolutely, Snake. That's probably why Dr. Wily hasn't been able to conquer the world yet. Be careful, Snake. You're not fighting a kid-you're THE Mega Man."
Snake: "I'll keep that in mind."
