Super Gameboy issue (Maybe?)

So I recently picked up a super gameboy. Its great, but I have a slight problem with it...when I am playing games, there seems to be a white line that temporarily flashes at the bottom of the screen at seemingly random intervals. I don't see this line when I watched youtube vids of people using it. I have switched games, and bought a second Super Gameboy, and the issue is still there. I even tried using it on a handheld emulator, but again, the issue is still there. The lines arent there when I play on an actual gameboy...so its got to be the Super gameboy cart. Any ideas what is going on?

Sounds like an issue with the connector pins. Clean them with rubbing alcohol and a q-tip, and get back to me.

But I bought a second one, and it did the same thing. The second one was bought off of ebay, and the seller said he cleaned and tested it. I'll do it anyway, but I doubt it will work. Should I try to clean the gameboy cart slot's pins as well?
