DuckTales: Remastered Hits Retail Shelves in North America

http://www.nintendolife.com/news/201..._north_america

( with the link, they have additional photos of screenshots and a 1 minute video )

The Wii U version of DuckTales: Remastered at Target will come with a free pin

New video celebrates its release (we think?)

If you've been holding off on DuckTales: Remastered until you had a version you could hold in your own two mitts and/or amass a swimmable vault-full of, then today is your day if you're in North America, at least.
The physical retail version of DuckTales: Remastered has been released to stores today for $19.99 MSRP. You can find it for the Wii U, PS3, and Xbox 360, but it should be noted that Target has a special Wii U edition that comes with a collectible DuckTales pin aimed to pierce you right in your nostalgia.

Capcom has also released a short video in honour of DuckTales's physical release, below. It's... a new sort of experience.

Will you be picking up DuckTales: Remastered on disc? Do you plan on doing so even if you have the digital version?

Still can't believe they pulled this crap with the physical version after I already bought the digital one.

it is a lie from Capcom for PS3 version ! There is no physical disc for it although they display it in many retail stores. Only a pin & voucher code to download.

I'm glad I bought it for $15 in digital to save $5 from the store itself.

That's actually incorrect, eloratings. There is a version with just a case and a downloadable voucher inside, with a collectible pin... that's the version I have.

The true physical edition, which just came out this past week, comes with an actual game disc. Stores still carry both, apparently.

I just know that !

I looked up everywhere in the past months in Target/BestBuy/WalMart, no one carries the physical disc as I found out that there was no physical disc; as I ended up buying a digital one instead.

Oh well, the game seems need to be patched though, as mine has freeze each time I unlock a stage. As I progress to unlock all stages, no freezes happen. Not sure about others have the same experience..
