To be honest, there really weren't that many RPGs for the N64. I'm going to list some however, some may not be "Good" but fun.

Quest 64 (It's repetitive but pretty fun and the graphics are great, not one character looks like another through the whole game)
Aidyn Chronicles (Not really recommended, but give it a go on a rom)
Paper Mario (You most likely already know this game is good)
Hybrid Heaven (Never tried it)
Ogre Battle 64 (Never tried it but heard really good things about it)
Robopon 64: Robot Ponkottsu (Never tried it)

I'm not sure if there are any more, but these are ones that I know about or could find.

Wasn't Banjo-Kazooie on N64?

If it was that game was pretty fun!

It is on there, however, I don't believe it's considered an RPG. I believe it's an action adventure game.

Yea, Zelda isn't an RPG either. But anywho, the best RPG for N64 is probably Paper Mario.

Ninjatiamat is on a distinguished road

Nor is Ogre battle 64. You should still try it, tough.

I just played through Paper Mario in its entirety and can say it is entertaining, but far from a good game. There is absolutely no difficulty level, the puzzles were clearly designed for children, and for the most part, any cut-scene or text is best left to being skipped. I dreaded everytime I'd get stuck in a cutscene, and when I beat the game, having defeated a useless final boss (with the characters telling you what to do if you were a toddler), I just shut the game off, since I wasn't interested in the ending at all. Still, it was entertaining enough to get through it, but it needed to be much tougher and less childish to appeal to me as a "good" game.

All I know is that out of those, the only ones that have been mentioned in the last 7 years by ANYONE is Paper Mario. Go to the SNES for RPG greatness!

Yes, the SNES sort of owns RPGs. At least, as far as any Nintendo console is concerned.

However, Ogre Battle 64 is a good game with RPG elements. It's sort of a strategy/RPG hybrid. Hybrid Heaven is really an action/adventure game with RPG elements, which isn't really worth buying, but certainly worth checking out.

Avoid Quest 64.
