Akatsuki Blitzkamph

Akatsuki Blitzkamph is a fighting game that is Doujin Style (A small group made the game. Not a large company.) The graphics are great, the music is pretty good, the characters are all unique, and the greatest thing is that it's very balanced.

Story: The game is about Nazi's and I think World War 2 or something. Anyhow, Akatsuki was trapped in an iceburg and came back with powers or something. I'm not sure what the whole story is to be honest since it's in Japanese, but whatever, that's not my main focus

Characters: There is not one single hint of a clone character in this game. Practically one of each type. I think there are hidden characters as well, but I haven't yet discovered how to unlock them.

Akatsuki: Plays like a shoto style character. He can make simple combos, use a projectile, has a anti-aerial, and a forward kick attack.

Mycale: Probably the cheapest character in the game. She's not too good when it comes to close range combat but she can spam projectiles that are magic-like.

Sai: Plays with kicks and pokes. He has status down effects such as "Anti-Jumping", "Speed Down", "Attack Down", ect... He is odd to use in a way.

Kanae: One of the few grappling characters I can get into. She can combo with her grapples if down right. I'm not completely sure how she works, but you may have to do a small combo before grappling and confuse your enemies with her as well.

Fritz: My main and the supposed cheapest character in the game. Fritz can do heavy damage and decent guard damage. He fights with a sword and is somewhat a heavy. Limited amount of moves and you must trick your opponents to try to get a decent hit.

Marilyn Sue: She is a combo based character. She's fast and her combos are unblockable after first hit, until the end. She is hard to use but very much worth it if you do learn how to master her.

Wei: He plays kind of like Balrog (M. Bison) from Street Fighter 2 only in a different style. He is a hold character that starts to combo, however, he's not like M. Bison in many other ways, only the way he starts comboing. He also has status ups as well.

Anonym: An interesting character. She's a ranged one that uses guns as her weapons. She has tricks and movements with her guns as well such jumping in the air and shooting upside down and such. She is difficult to use because you have to be precise with her.

E-Soldat: This character basically plays like Guile, only with his own style as well. He doesn't kick or punch like Guile, but his special moves are pretty much like Guile's.

Blitztank: This is a very odd and hard character to use. He has projectiles sort of... It's LITERALLY a tank. His projectiles come out of where he is in a way. I'm not sure if I can exactly explain him. He can shoot lasers, throw bomb things, and do other stuff that's odd for a character to do in a 2D fighter.

Adler: No information on him. He looks like E-Soldat almost exactly, however, I have no idea who he is or how he plays. You must unlock him.

Murakumo: An odd character that has practically everything. He is a boss but is still legit. He has a teleport move. He has an antiaerial. He has a projectile. He has a mine. He has a sword. He's like everyone, and he's very odd to use...

Gameplay: The gameplay is simple for the most part. It has a parry system, a grab, there's a special bar (1 to 3, 3 allows you to do a max special). The moves are different based on what attack button you use. There's a weak, medium and heavy. Here's an example.

Fritz: Fritz has a teleport move that's a quarter circle forward. If you were to do a heavy when doing this motion, you would go far, if you do a mid while doing it, you'll go a few a couple feet or so. If you do a weak, it'll be a fake out.

Kanae: Mattering on what button you press with her grab, means how far she will throw the enemy. I recommend doing a mid with her so you can combo into it with both her ground grab and antiaerial grab.

Bump

Sorry, the reason I bumped this is because I believe it's an excellent game and should be given a chance, I even know where to get a link for the game (Free).
