Talking Golden Sun DS

OMG.

I am super excited for this game. I loved the first two and have been eagerly awaiting the third.

Knew about it some days ago. Anyways... Finally! Not a fake of the game! I'm a huge fan of the series, so I've been waiting so long for a GS3!

auuagh. Now this means I'm gonna have to finish the second one, which I never did. D:

And I'm not sure about this whole "descendants" thing. They look like the same stereotypes from the first one. :P

Still, the cutscenes look great and it looks pretty fun.

Quite easily the best Gameboy series ever, in my opinion. A true narrative classic. A story in its own right.

this is interesting.

from the intro of Golden Sun DS:

The heavens stormed.
The lands quaked.

The seas raged.
Across the land, people prepared for the end of the world
.

old school gamers might recognize the similarity between it and the original Final Fantasy's own intro;

A great darkness filled the world.
The wind died.
The sea raged.
The earth began to decay.
Only a prophecy kept hope alive in people's hearts:
"When darkness veils the world, four warriors of light shall come."

cool reference if that is the case.

They do, but they rarely match up to Golden Sun.

Never cared much for Golden Sun. I thought the first one was really just created because the GBA had no RPGs at the time.

Good for fans of the series though.
