Would Star Fox Adventures have been better as Dinosaur Planet?

As you probably know, the Gamecube game Starfox Adventures was originally for N64 and was called dinosaur Planet, and there were a few changed, which you can find in videos, and articles around the internet. So, do you think it would have been better as Dinosaur Planet?

yes. this is one of the few instances where Nintendo was entirely in the wrong, and destroyed what could have been a unique IP

I thoroughly enjoyed SFA, and thought it was great. it DID feel rushed after dark ice mines, though. i do feel it would have been much better as dinosaur Planet, however.

I 'd enjoy it either way, but I'd think Dinosaur Planet would have a better story

As Beef pointed out in an AIM conversation last nigh, Adventures show many signs of being rushed after Dark ice Mines. Perhaps dinosaur Planet would feel more unrushed.

Starfox should have stayed away from this game and let Krystal take the lead role. Nintendo shouldn't have had anything to do with Dinosaur Planet, and it's a shame that they did. I'm sure the game would have been much better received as Dinosaur Planet, as well.

The game barely needed to include the StarFox characters at all. It could have been completely separate, and could have been the start of an entirely new, epic franchise.

Yes. StarFox Adventures is a great example of why a game should never leave it's roots. In it's own right, it would have been much more acceptable as Dinosaur Planet. As a StarFox game, I just couldn't get past the fact that it was not like that of it's superior predeccessor, StarFox 64. Whoever's idea it was to make it a StarFox game needs to be gas chambered.

Hm, well then Miyamoto needs to be slapped, and whoever agreed needs to be gas chambered or sent to the gulloutine.

Yeah, I guess since Nintendo rarely screws up I can overlook it......
