Just contact the seller and tell them the game is no good and you want your money back. If they say no then contact PayPal and dispute the charges. It'll be a hassle if you end up talking with PayPal, but hopefully the seller will understand and refund your money.

Did you mean a "Visa" credit card???
LOL. A Vista Card........

Well, since you paid online via credit card.....(via Paypal right?)
You might have a hard time getting that money back......
unless you open a case on Paypal highlighting what just occured.
But since you stated to the seller and ebay that you have
already received the item......ebay will not reimburse or refund you the
money, unless you "return" the item back (with you paying the returning shipment charges). POA, I know........I once got a SE cell phone that
was supposedly "lightly" damaged, for 40 bucks (brand new for it
ran for around 160 bucks, so I thought I would get a lightly broken
one for a steal price and pay for a minimum fee to fix it.......
Or So I Thought...........turns out it was missing alotta face buttons
and it had lcd water damage........
I tried to get my money back, but Ebay told me, that since I have the item, I must return it, in order to get my refund.....but at my own cost for shipping.....which was absurd.........

But I guess it serves me right for trying to get a bargain,
and looking to make a steal investment, at minimum cost.....
Goes to show, if it sounds to good to be true.....
don't believe it.

Rockn.

Okay bro,
file a case, and return the item, scan and email the return shipping
invoice and you'll get your money back......

And,
ALWAYS, ALWAYS READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION AND SELLER FEEDBACK.

Rockn,

I DUNNO LOL

Spoiler
Do what Lukario or marvman said. Involving Paypal is possibly the fastest way of getting your money back if the seller doesn't want to give your money.

i buy and sell on ebay a lot. FIRST what was the items description? if they said it didn't work or was in terrible shape, not much you can do. otherwise, demand your money back. don't ask, DEMAND.
