New Super Mario bros Wii: mini-semi View

New super Mario bros Wii is the lastest Mario game in the series. there are many new features in this title. The Main Feature is 4 player co-op. Playing with 4 players on screen at the same time can make gamplay hectic, and crazy with many deaths, but none the less it makes the game even funner. when ur having so much fun with friends and family you dnt care how good or bad you are playing.

another key feature in this title is how it takes from both Super Mario Bros 3 and Super Mario World.
the Lv design makes it feel like SMB3 where in SMB3 world 2 is a desert world. This applys to NSMB Wii sense world to is a desert world. Now not all worlds are the same. the Map feels like SMB3 also. The item Feature from SMB3 is also present. Where you can store Items to use later.
Super Mario Wold features come with the return of Yoshi (whos a badass btw) the only down side that I didnt like was how you cant take Yoshi on the road with you. You only get yoshi when he/she is in a lv. At the end of the lv Yoshi waves bye.
another Key feature from SMW is the return of the Kopa Kids. yup seems they havent grown a bit even if bowser Jr is in charge. they run a castle in each world just like SMW. tho this time you face them twice sense there is a mid castle and the main caslte.

the Music is like a remix of classic Mario songs. A well fit for a now day Mario game. gotta love the Mario tunes.
Graphics are near the same as the DS NSMB but polished for Wii. Looks great.
gameplay is pretty much the same as other mario games. run, jump and the Twist feature returns from SMW. tho this time Marios arms stick out like when he twist in Super Mario Galaxy. the twist feature is Key to getting off Yoshi, Making 2 fire balls when u have that power up, and in the new trick style.
the trick style is where you can pull off some Epic moves with marios runs and jumps. If you jump and shake the remote in mid aire Mario will do a lil mid air twist. Making his jump last a lil longer then normal. Once you can learn this trick moves it becomes run earning 1-Ups by the Dozen.

Another feature that is cool for new comers whos arnt very good is the hint system. After you die so many times Luigi will pop up and show you how to get thro the area you are stuck in. I like how he show you and doesnt do it for you. Its a welcome addition in my book.

I gotta say this has to be one of the funnest Marios I have played sense SMW. Rly this game earns a 10 out 10 by any review. tho I'm not scoring sense this isnt a full on review. I do recommend this game. tho I'm sure I dont have to cuz of how popular Mario truly is sense the game has sold over ten million units.

I hope you all enjoy New Super Mario Bro Wii cuz I kno I have

I liked the final bowser boss. It was epic. The game was epic to oldschool fans like myself. I did not like how you couldn't use GC controllers or classic controllers in it. The C stick could easily be used for the motion department...

It was built to utilize the Wiimote, so why not use what it was meant for. It's not like the game was hard to control anyways.

I tried it a little while back. I had fun with the game for what limited time I was with it for. I'd buy it if I had the hardware and the money.

Well that's the problem. Yes, I was built to utilize the Wiimote, but should it have been? To me, the Wii has been about control options. NSMBW does not provide control options, and is a difficult game to controls with the remote. It would have been better if Classic Controller support was included.

Really? I didn't have that hard of a time controlling it. I do see what your point is though. It doesn't really make sense, but maybe they're just trying to inch further out from their older controller tech. Probably not though, considering that would make no sense whatsoever.

I died every time I sneezed or scratched myself. You know, when things outside the game affect things inside the game, I have to say there's some flaw in the design.

While eliminating motion control isn't the solution, providing alternate controls is.

well in the game the remote is sensitive n just a lil movement makes u twist n goes off when u dnt want it to. that n shaking the remote gets annoying when u want to do somthing.
