Nes graphic problem

Hi,
I have just bought NES and I'm experiencing some graphic problems. Whenever there are many enemies on the screen, they and main character starts to flash on their parts disappear. It happens with all my games (Super Mario bros., Megaman 2,Bayou Billy). It's not very serious glitch but quite annoying. Could it be problem with 72 pin connector? It's not very tight when I put games into console.

clean your cartridges. take a q-tip, dip it in some contact solution or rubbing alcohol (alcohol won't hurt the cartridge, despite Nintendo's warning), and run it along the inside of the cartridge. do this before playing every game

I've already done it. Before that it was really hard to load game, I had to insert and take it out few times. But I don't think this graphic problem is caused by games, it's same problem with every of them.

I'd say there's something wrong with the graphics component of your system, I would say open it and check it out, but you might mess it up completely

Take to some game shop and fixes systems too, theres a few GameStops that do it

then either clean your pin connector or buy a new one. there's no risk in opening up your NES and cleaning it out; it's a sturdy old thing

They probably haven't even revisited the site since this, it is quite an old post.

Anyone else notice it belongs in the tech support section?

Lorfarius will become famous soon enough

I use isopropryl on my NES contacts. Evaporates within minutes and pulls of just about anything that isn't metal or plastic, it's also handy for cleaning stains off cart labels but you need to use it sparingly on those as it can damage the label if too much is applied.
