This thread is about materials that concern my reviews. You can say how you feel about them, and even point out issues.
I am starting to worry that people are getting the idea that I am this arrogant a**hole who explodes and lashes out when he recieves some constructive criticism, and that is not true at all.
I am all ears when others give my suggestions on how to improve, because there is always room for improvement I understand. I only explode when people misunderstand some things I might say in them, for example the comparison I had made with Metal Gear Solid to Super Mario 64 and people thought I was actually daring to insult that game which I was not trying to do in the least bit. The comparison was more or less with the PS1 and N64, to show the type of games offered on PS1 vs N64, just to say how different they were but both consoles had their shares of wonderful fantastic games.
Concerning some syntax/grammar issues, I am a top Honors English student, and 99% of those errors are typos; I used to write my reviews in Microsoft Word before pasting them to NFF, but because my Microsoft Office is not working, I just have to type it and be careful, but I do not catch every single typo (especially since I tend to type very fast).
Now again, this thread is for opinions on my reviews, and constructive criticism of how I can improve, therefore providing the site with quality written material. I only become mad when the reasons for the criticisms are small, such as that Super Mario 64 line which has nothing to do with my actual writing because that is opinion based; even if I did hate Super Mario 64, that is my personal opinion which does not reflect my actual writing skills, so demerits like that are unfair. But anything else that involves the actual quality of my writing, I am open to listen to.
