Star Man Weird nes problem

Hello, i bought a nes some time ago. It was only in greyscale and from as i can remember the sounds works good but not sure at this time... I was trying some days ago to disable the lockout chip for avoid the blinking problems, games are works good but sounds not.
I though it was a problem of the 72pins connector so i clean it up and i push up the pins.
Games already works good but sound not, only a noisy distrurbing sound...

I read on forum about the possibility of fixing this by acting on the only trimmer on the mother board, i turn it with e screw driver but nothing change.

I was wondering if i can fix the problem by making an rgb mod on my nes (and maybe a stereo mod) if someone can tell me how to test the electronic board for search eventually non working components or something else.

Thanks to all for you help :]

Try putting in a new pin connector instead of cleaning the old one. they aren't expensive, so even if it isn't the problem, you won't be out much, and you'll be able to mark that out as the cause.

I made my nes partially reworking, sound now works already, i think the problem was with some capacitors or with the grounds connector... Now remain only to fix the graphic, sometimes i can see some green, red and blue lines, i will try fix this yet :]
