Twilight Princess Wii vs GCN

Other than the world being mirrored, and Link being a righty on the Wii, is the GCN version any better? I've considered selling my Wii copy and getting a GCN copy instead just for the hell of it.

I never played the Wii version, though other than the world being mirrored there isn't much of a difference from what I remember. There may be a small feature included in the Wii version because of motion controls iirc, but don't hold me to that. I simply picked up the GC version because I wanted to play Zelda on a normal controller. But if you want to do it, go for it.

I read that you can move the camera with the c-stick on GCN, but can hold less items at once. I feel like a button press would be more responsive than a wiimote waggle as well. I might just go through with this.

I heard the the GC version is better simply because the controls are less of a hassle

I enjoy the Wii version of the game. I really liked the motion controls. Would I buy the GCN version? Maybe in the future, but I wouldn't sell my Wii version just to play it.

To be honest, i prefer the gamecube version. I played that first and i now own the wii version. Buttons are slightly less responsive + my biggest problem is that being mirrored i'm too used to things being on the other side.

It depends on how much extra you need to fork out to get the gamecube version + how much you enjoyed it the first time because the bottom line is that it's the same game you will just spend 5 minutes going lulz thats not suppost to be there.

The button responsiveness sells it for me, honestly.

I've played both, but the only one I own is Twilight Princess Wii.

Honestly, the mirroring and motion controls are the only real differences. If you hate waggle with a passion, feel free to trade in for the GCN version. But if you don't mind it, I say just don't bother with the trouble and keep your Wii version.
