Megaman Legends 3 Project - Canceled?

Source:

Just dropping this off here, I was quite shocked when my friend told me about it. Capcom has been making some weird decisions lately, eh?

Discuss.

They make shit decisions almost every generation. Take last gen: they closed down Clover Studios, one of the most creative studios that gen.

The problem is here, they lost Inafune, and with it they lost this and Megaman Universe.

Watch. Capcom won't make it out of this gen without losing some key series, Mega Man possibly being one of them.

I think it is partly because of Inafune leaving, but as (you or someone else) said in another thread, they just don't think that Mega Man is popular anymore. They've been relying on Street Fighter and Resident Evil as crutches lately in my eyes, that's not going to fly in years to come. I hope they know that this was an utterly foolish decision, most of their renowned franchises are being run into the ground due to laziness or just being greedy and milking them out.

This ain't the Capcom I used to know.

Releasing 10 different versions of Street Fighter? That sounds loke Capcom alright*Gunshot*

I kid, I kid, but in all seriousness, it's scary to see how Capcom's been treating, what is essentially their Mario

Also I made this video to express my feelings

and no that's not really me

Wth is Capcom going to fall back on now?
Resident evil was dead from the start.
And no, no pun was intended.
