Poke Question

So I had Blue and Gold back in the day, as well as Snap and Stadium 2 for N64.

I have a game boy advance SP now and I want to buy a GBA Pokemon game. Since I'm out of the loop lately, what's the best GBA Pokemon game?

That depends. Do you want to play a remake of the first generation, or would you prefer a newer generation?

Well, your choices are out of Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald and FireRed/LeafGreen. The first three are an entirely new series compared to those you've played so far with about...133 or so new Pokemon. Emerald is a remake of Ruby and Sapphire with a few new features and a minor change in the story. The latter two also have the same number of Pokemon, though they're remakes of the original Red and Blue versions with updated...pretty much everything. As for the best one on GBA that's up to you to decide, but I personally preferred Emerald over the others.

To simplify, emerald is basically Generation III's Crystal.
