Tecmo Cup Box.

Any thoughts on what this is? The box is factory sealed, but this thing is so light I doubt there is a game in it. Could be be a display box? The other odd thing is it has a nintendo sticker across the front under the plastic seal.

looks like the box of a game : )-

Is it for the Sega? Or SNES? O wait. Nvm. its SNES.

I have actually seen that game. Almost bought it once. I heard years later that it's a rare game. Any truth to that?

Could be worth some money if the game is in there.

Yeah thats the problem, I don't know if a game is in it and don;t want to open it. it feels so light and ridged, almost like it is just styrofoam in it. It's been so long since I had an actual boxed game I forget what they felt like. it weights like 2oz. I think a game weights more than that. I just wonder if this was just a promo box or something. No where on the box does it say anything about it being a display or promo though. Not to sure what it is

If it's factory-sealed, don't sell it! It looks so cool

Let me go home tonight and weigh a boxed game for comparison.

If it has the game, I'd imagine a price somewhere between $40 and $60. I know you probably browse eBay and see old sealed games for hundreds of dollars, but those games never, ever sale. It's just someone who doesn't know their stuff trying to rip people off.

did you ever get to weigh one? I really think the box has styrofoam in it, way to light for a game in there. If it is just styrofoam I wonder what it was for, thinking maybe for a display. Not sure if that would make the value more/less. It's also different with the nintendo sticker across the from. I might just toss it in a box and give it to my kids in 20 years, maybe worth more then!
